Pending our inspection, we can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 30 days from your date of receipt, and we will be happy to issue a refund of your purchase price minus shipping and order processing fees, which are not refundable. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging intact.
Items must be in the original purchase condition and original packaging with documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. Any item that you receive with tags must have all tags attached. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued.
Please allow 15 business days for us process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.
Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase excluding shipping charges unless noted specifically on the individual product page. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. Returned products must be in the original box and in the same condition that it was shipped. Products returned after the 30 day period will not be refunded.
